Enjoying The View from Mahagiri Panoramic Restaurant

This is my first time ever visiting Mahagiri Panoramic Resort & Restaurant. My boss took me and the whole group there, he wanted us to see "the other side of Bali". And he was right, we really enjoyed the other side of Bali from Mahagiri

From our hotel in Harris Kuta, we went to Kintamani first, before going to Mahagiri. Too bad our bus was broken down at Kintamani, so we had to be transferred by small cars to Mahagiri. Four cars for the 30 of us, can you imagine how packed it was?:D We had a late lunch, we were fortunate that our buffet lunch was still there when we arrived at 2.30 pm.

I might say the food is just average, our lunch cost us IDR 70,000 per pax, and we were required to pay 100% prior to our arrival. But what Mahagiri offers you is the view, instead of the food.

Beside the resto, Mahagiri also provides villa for rent. I went to the resort area, and only took picture of the garden and the pool. It was so peaceful around the villa. If you are looking a very quiet place in Bali, you can try to stay at Mahagiri Resort.

Great Budapest Travel : Public Transport We had a chance to use Budapest public transport when we were given a two hour shopping time at Andrassy Avenue, a famous road for the international designers (Gucci, Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, etc). I and some friends were not interested to shop at those kind of shops, and decided to try the tram. We were requested to gather at 4 pm in front of The Opera House. And the tourleader said it many times not to be late, as acually the bus couldn’t park in front of the Opera House. There are of couse many types of public transport; buses, metro, tram, danube river cruise, the one we tried was the tram. I have noticed the Budapest tram on the very first day I arrived at Budapest. I might say it’s a really European tram, as it can be between cars in the middle of the street:) The tram is powered by electricity. German Traveling : Oktober Feest at Muenchen We were told by our tour guide that our group was lucky to be able to visit Oktober Feest at Muenchen during our tour. We went there after having dinner at Schubeck, yes we were so tired, some of us prefer to stay on the bus. But many of us still walk out of the bus to see how the festival was. It was held in a huge garden in an area called Theresienwiese, which became an amusement park with many beer tents (I mean a really huge tent). People just went there to enjoy the beers and also the bavarian music. I didn't go inside the tent, together with Lisa and Mba Cici, exploring the park. We just love seeing the crowd, many of them in traditional clothes, enjoying all the games. Of course there were also food, beverages and sweets kiosks in almost every corner. Indeed we were lucky to have the chance to visit the festival.
